The Antico Borgo di Tignano Agro-tourism is a rural complex dating back to the 1600s which is located in the beautiful Tuscan countryside in the location in which Santa Attinia, one of the saints worshiped in the area of Volterra, was most likely born during the IV Century A.D.

How to reach the hotel

By car

From the Sole A1 motorway, exit at Firenze - Impruneta. At the first roundabout, take a right and take the Siena – Firenze motorway connection. Continue for approximately 40 km and exit at Colle Val d’Elsa Nord. At the first stop, take a left and follow the indications for Colle Val d’Elsa - Casole d’Elsa - Volterra; after 2.5 km, take a right in the direction of Volterra - Casole d’Elsa by taking the SP27. After the Quartana locality, continue travelling straight for 7 km and at the first roundabout (in the vicinity of Cavallano) follow the indications for Casole d’Elsa - Il Merlo by proceeding for approximately 5 km on the same road.

After approximately 500 metres from the beginning of the province of Pisa, take the access road to the village of Tignano which is located on the left. Continue for approximately 800 metres along the dirt road.
