General Description
Hotel Universal Terme is located in the centre of Abano, between the pedestrian area and the new spa park and a short walk away from Piazza Repubblica. From the “Milano-Venezia” motorway take the “Padova ovest” exit and follow the signs for Abano Terme.
For those arriving from southern Italy (Bologna), take the “Terme Euganee” exit and follow the signs for Abano Terme.
By train
The nearest train station is Terme Euganee in Montegrotto on the Bologna-Padua railway line; all main trains stop there.
Alternatively, you can go to Padua station (Milan-Venice line) where all of the trains stop. Buses depart from the station forecourt for Abano Terme every 15 minutes (journey time 30 minutes).
By air
The closest airport is Venice Marco Polo (VCE), which is 60 km away from Abano. The hotel offers a low-cost shuttle service.
