The resort consists of four buildings:
- The Main Villa
Beginning in the early 20th century, the villa was the noble residence of the Rolandi Ricci family. It includes 20 guest rooms on two floors decorated in a Baroque style, the reception, D’Annunzio restaurant, Puccini bar (decorated in Art Nouveau style) and the reading room.
- La Duse
This building was added in 2003 with great architectural style. It includes 24 guest rooms on three floors decorated in a modern and elegant style. All of the guest rooms can be accessed by a lift and include a balcony. Up to six adjoining rooms can be booked. On the ground floor, there is a fully equipped meeting room that can comfortably accommodate up to 170 people.
- La Fattoria
Located in a private area, this former farmhouse includes seven guest rooms that were completely renovated in 2006, decorated in an elegant and modern style. Some of the rooms have a private entrance and an outdoor area.
- La Torre
This was the former outbuilding for the guests of the senator located behind the villa. It includes 12 guest rooms located on two floors, two of which are in the upper part of the tower with a lovely panoramic view. They have typical furnishings with handmade décor.

An extensive breakfast is served in the breakfast room each morning.
During the winter, D’Annunzio restaurant serves a delicious buffet. It is decorated in Art Nouveau style and is located in the main villa.
During the summer, Rolandi Ricci restaurant serves an American buffet next to the swimming pool and is the perfect place to enjoy a romantic candle-lit dinner.
The Park Hotel Villa Ariston serves delicious Tuscan cuisine typical of the area made using carefully selected, authentic produce. International cuisine is also available, able to satisfy even the most refined palate.
The wine cart has an extensive selection of fine wines to accompany any meal.
Bar Puccini
Located on the ground floor of the main villa, this bar has an elegant and charming atmosphere. It is the perfect place to meet friends or read a good book while sipping a delicious drink.
Bar Marrakech
Open during the summer months next to the swimming pool, the bar offers delicious snacks and beverages throughout the day. At lunch, the kitchen serves salads, light meals and grilled specialities.
During high season, theme dinners are organised and a small dinner menu is available until midnight.
Piazzetta Mitoraj
During the months of July and August, the charming piazza in front of the villa is a delightful meeting place for an aperitif before dinner accompanied by lovely live music.
