Tenuta Zannafondo è situata a Ragusa nell'altipiano ibleo a 400 mt di altitudine e a pochi chilometri dal mare.

Immersa in un bosco di carrubi e ulivi secolari, la struttura offre un paesaggio incontaminato, ordinatamente scandito dai muri a secco e dalle masserie di pietra bianca.

Tenuta Zannafondo si compone di due antichi caseggiati in pietra accuratamente restaurati rispettando l’antico impianto e i materiali originali come gli antichi pavimenti in pietra pece.

Un piccolo viale d’accesso in pietra conduce al caseggiato principale con il parcheggio, la hall, la reception e le sale comuni per la prima colazione e la cena.
