Next to the main villa, there is a historic country house that is two storeys tall with 9 comfortable guest rooms and an apartment.
The park that surrounds the estate has a beautiful swimming pool heated by solar panels and an athletic field for various activities.
Thanks to its unique location, the estate has a beautiful view of the entire Metauro Valley all the way to the Furlo Pass and the city of Fano.

Take the A14 Adriatica motorway to the Fano exit. Head to the right along the expressway to Rome, take the fourth exit at Calcinelli di Saltara, turn left towards Montemaggiore al Metauro, go past the hamlet of Villanova and turn right following the directions for Orciano. Continue for around 1km until reaching the entrance to Villa Tombolina on the left hand side of the road.
