One World Room, in an Art Nouveau style villa adjacent to the hotel, is a meeting room that can comfortably accommodate around 35 people. It includes a presenter’s table, a video projector, a black board and a flip chart. Equipped with technological equipment, it is the perfect place to hold a conference in a vibrant and cosmopolitan atmosphere.
Crocodile Room has a seductive atmosphere with a meeting table for 12 people finished in crocodile skin with black décor. Decorations, pictures and accessories designed to create a professional style in a contemporary meeting space that guests can enjoy.
Guerreschi Room expresses the character of One with artistic décor. Inspired by the famous cartoonist Giuseppe Guerreschi, this is a meeting room with an oval table for around 12 people. The walls show the existential realism of Guerreschi with authentic copies.
The business centre is the ideal place to hold business meetings. This room has a minimalist chic style, and is equipped with a personal computer, an all-in-one printer (a fax machine, a scanner and a photocopier), and a video projector, making it the perfect place for meetings of up to eight people.

By car
Take the A18 motorway towards Siracusa – Ragusa, which leads to the SS114/E45 state road. Take the exit for Siracusa / SS124, continue for around 1km, turn left at the traffic circle and continue to the end of Via Paolo Orsi (to the right of the petrol station).
Turn left, after the first traffic light continue straight along Viale Teracati and at the second traffic light (Banca Intesa), turn right onto Via Costanza Bruno; continue straight at the traffic circle, go past the traffic light and at the next light, take the panoramic street on the left (Via dell’Olimpiade).
At the end of the panoramic street, turn left and then turn right going alongside Palazzetto dello Sport. Go past the sport centre and the traffic circle in Piazza Matila. The hotel is located after 50m on the right.
