Alla Posta dei Donini is an elegant resort with a spa centre found in San Martino in Campo, in the heart of Umbria.
The 17th century residence belonged to the Donini-Ferretti Counts and is surrounded by a botanical park measuring 22,000 square metres. It has been made into a resort with two separate buildings, Villa Costanza and Villa Laura.
The two residences are connected by a glass bay, and are characterised by elegant décor and high quality facilities.
The guest rooms are enriched by period frescoes, paintings by the famous artists of the Scuola del Perugino, and furnishings from the 18th and 19th centuries.
The elegant lobby has a beautiful fireplace, Murano glass chandeliers, Umbrian terracotta floors and original Deruta pottery.
The 48 guest rooms provide a beautiful atmosphere, some with canopy beds, others with visible beams.
A brand new fitness and wellness centre is available for guests to enjoy complete physical and mental relaxation with a multi-sensory shower, a hot tub, a calidarium, aesthetic treatments, and a heated endless current swimming pool.
The centre promotes the ideal of wellness in an atmosphere cared for down to the last detail, from the lighting to the music, from the colour scheme to the aromas.
A small 18th century chapel with a beautiful altar piece dedicated to Saint Philip is open to visitors.

By car
Take the A1 Autostrada del Sole motorway to the Orte exit (from Rome) or the Valdichiana exit (from Florence).
Head along the Superstrada E45 towards Perugia until reaching the Torgiano – San Martino di Campo exit, turn right taking the flyover and head along Strada Ponte Nuovo. After around 1200m, turn right onto Via Deruta and go to street number 43.
By train
From the Perugia railway station, take the local train directly to Ponte San Giovanni. From here, take a taxi to San Martino di Campo.
By plane
The local airport is Umbria Perugia – Sant'Egidio International Airport.
