By car

From Milan (129 km):

A7 “Milano – Genova” motorway towards Genoa to the junction with the A21 motorway towards Turin, “Alessandria Sud” exit (from the “Milano – Serravalle” road); take the main road for 15/20 minutes to Acqui Terme (about 30 km).

Alternatively, take the A7 motorway, leaving at “Tortona” exit, proceed towards Alessandria on the A21 leaving at the “Alessandria Est” exit; then follow the signs for Acqui Terme.

From Genoa (75 km):

A26 “Voltri - Gravellona Toce (Autostrada dei Trafori)” motorway, “Ovada” exit; proceed on the main road to Acqui Terme.

From Turin (105 km):

A21 “Torino – Piacenza” motorway, towards Piacenza, “Asti Est” exit. Proceed to Nizza Monferrato and then to Acqui Terme.

From Bologna (256 km):

From the “Tangenziale Ovest” ring road, take the A14 for about 2 km, proceed on the A1 then take the A21, leave at the exit for Alessandria and proceed on the “SS30” road.

By train

Acqui Terme train station is directly connected with Genoa and Turin train lines (at certain times of the day).

From Milan central station, change at Voghera, Mortara or Tortona for Alessandria, and then change again for Acqui Terme
