Hotel La Torre, Palinuro

Hotel La Torre is found in a lovely panoramic location in the beautiful Gulf of Palinuro, directly on the tourist port in the Perla del Cilento.

Recently renovated according to modern standards of hospitality, it provides functional and welcoming rooms where guests can relax on a romantic getaway, a family vacation or a trip with friends.

Guests have access to 40 comfortable rooms including 9 Suites, an American Bar, a spacious Solarium, a panoramic terrace, a games area, a Restaurant, and private parking.

There is a lovely historic pine forest behind the hotel, which has now become a UNESCO heritage site, where guests can enjoy pleasant walks. The peaceful garden is also available with a Bar (ideal for traditional banquets or quiet dinners), a games area for children, an outdoor gym, and a health centre for massages and treatments.

The hotel also has a private beach with equipment (around 80m away), which can be accessed by a small road and underpass.

Guests can participate in water sports and go on excursions, boat trips and fishing trips.

There is a diving centre located nearby with a discount for hotel guests.

As of the summer of 2009, there will be 2 massage tubs with waterfalls.

The hotel has spacious and luminous rooms that have been completely renovated and equipped with air conditioning and heating, a safety deposit box, satellite colour television, a refrigerator, and an en suite bathroom with a hairdryer.

There are double and triple rooms located on the ground floor with private entrances and a small outdoor area with a table, chairs and washing lines.

Guests can also chose from double and triple rooms with or without a lovely ocean view.

The rooms with a view of Porto di Palinuro all have a furnished terrace with a table and chairs, a washing line, and a kitchenette available for a fee to prepare meals for children.
