Ogólny Opis Hotelu
The Da Vestro Hotel and Restaurant is situated at number 4, Via Senese, on the corner with Via II Giugno in Monticiano in the heart of verdant Tuscany, a short distance from the famous artistic cities in the area. The San Galgano abbey is only 4km from the hotel, Siena is only 30 minutes drive away and Monte Amiata is approximately one hour's drive away.
The building is located in a traditional local farmhouse, which has been fully refurbished maintaining aspects of the original architecture, simply yet tastefully decorated featuring a garden with a swimming pool (open from 1st May to 30th September) a children's play area, a restaurant, an indoor dining area and a large terrace. There is free Wi-Fi access throughout the hotel and in the garden.
The ideal base for those wanting to spend time at the beach as well as for those wanting to to visit Monte Amiata and all the artistic cities in the area (Siena, Florence, San Gimignano, Montalcino, Pienza). Guests can also go for treks in the beautiful nature reserves in the Farma valley and the Merse area, in the forests between the Montagnola Senese and the Colline Metallitere. The hotel is the perfect choice for a pleasant relaxing holiday to discover the local nature and culture.
Fishing is also possible near the hotel and 20 minutes away is a bicycle hire service and also a stables for those who want to go horse riding. Guests can make use of convenient discounts at The Petriolo Thermal Spa which is 15km away.
From 1st May to 30th September, guests can book massages with our highly qualified staff. The service is available on request.

The 14 rooms have been simply decorated, some in a traditional Tuscan style, all feature a direct dial telephone, a colour satellite television, Wi-Fi access, fans and an en suite bathroom with a shower and a window, a hairdryer is available on request from reception.
In the twin and double rooms, an extra cot for children up to the age of 3 can be added.

Restauracja i Bar
The restaurant has a large internal dining room and a large terrace surrounded by splendid, green countryside. The restaurant serves traditional Tuscan cuisine, accompanied by a good selection of wines. The restaurant is also ideal for hosting group lunches and receptions.
The kitchen serves dishes based on traditional Tuscan flavours where extravirgine olive oil and herbs serve as the base for cooking meat, sauces and vegetables.
Among the dishes on offer are vegetables, meat and game, cakes and cantuccini (traditional biscuits), pappardelle pasta with wild boar, "pici all'aglione" (pici pasta with tomato and garlic sauce), boiled meat, hog roast, wild boar in tomato sauce, Siena style fried platter and wild boar steaks.
Fish is also available but must be ordered in advance.
The wine cellar
The restaurant offers a wide selection of wines with approximately 150 varieties to choose from, all of which are produced in central and southern Tuscany from "Supertuscans" to Chianti, to new wines. Among the "Supertuscans" are Tignanello from the Antinori vineyard, Sassicaia from the San Guido vineyard, Solaia and Avvoltore from the Moris vineyard, Brunello di Montalcino and San Carlo from the Antinori vineyard; among the new wines are those from Montecucco, Morellino and Monteregio.
The continental breakfast is served at the Da Vestro Restaurant from 8:30 to 10:00 and includes bread, butter and jam, honey, hazlenut chocolate spread, home made cakes croissants, melba toast, cereals, yoghurt, ham and cheese, fruit and hot and cold drinks.
