The Residence Antica Torre del Nera is a hotel found in the historic medieval village of Scheggino found in the beautiful green Valnerina.
The village dates back to the XIII century, a period in which it flourished under the papal state, and still maintains the timeless fascination and atmosphere while offering numerous welcoming hospitality options.
A stay in Scheggino offers a trip through the flavours, scents and experiences of daily life of the locals and not a tourist holiday.
The Residence Suite has 16 apartments equipped with every comfort located on the road that overlooks the town with a breathtaking view of the green hills of Valnerina, Piazza di Scheggino and the Nera river.
The village includes athletic facilities, a swimming pool, tennis courts and recreational fishing.
Antica Torre del Nera has an agreement with a nearby bar to provide breakfast.
Guests can sample delicious dishes for lunch and dinner at three different restaurants that have an agreement with the hotel, which serve medieval cuisine, typical local specialities and classic elegant dishes respectively.
Guests also have the option of using a fully equipped kitchen for a romantic candlelit dinner in front of the fireplace in their own apartment.

From the A1 Autostrada del Sole motorway, take the Betolle exit and head along the expressway towards Perugia – Spoleto until reaching the junction for Norcia – Cascia.
Go through a tunnel, head towards Terni and follow the directions for Scheggino.
From the south (Rome):
Take the A1 Autostrada del Sole motorway to the Orte exit. Head along the expressway towards Terni – Spoleto, take the SS Flaminia state road until reaching Spoleto and head towards Norcia – Cascia.
Go through a tunnel, head towards Terni and follow the directions for Scheggino.
Upon reaching Scheggino, turn at the intersection with the European and Italian flags, go over the bridge, turn right and then turn left immediately. A parking lot for hotel guests is located just a few metres ahead on the right.
By train
From Rome Tiburtina Station and Spoleto Station, buses are available to Scheggino.
By plane
