Case Vacanze Pomelia is a brand new apartment complex in Marina di Ragusa, located on the Andrea Doria promenade, only 100m away from the beach.

Recently built, the residence provides comfortable accommodation to meet any needs our guests may have, and is an ideal base from which to explore the most characteristic towns of the area, including Scicli (12km away), Ragusa Ibla (25km away), Modica (30km away) and Noto (70km away).

The private units are cared for down to the last detail, and are equipped with modern services for the comfort and relaxation of our guests.

Each apartment has a private parking space.

Casa Vacanze Pomelia has three types of apartments available:

- Vacation homes with a garden measuring 65 square metres ideal for 5-6 people (can accommodate up to 8). Located on the ground floor, they have a garden and covered and furnished veranda where guests can enjoy their lunch or dinner outdoors.

The have three bedrooms, including 2 double bedrooms and a twin bedroom, a kitchen/living room with a gas stove, an oven, a washing machine, a refrigerator, a freezer, a sofa bed, and 2 bathrooms with a shower.

- Vacation homes with a terrace measuring 55 square metres ideal for 2-4 guests (can accommodate up to 6). Located on the first floor, they have a covered and furnished veranda where guests can enjoy their lunch or dinner.

They have two bedrooms, including a double bedroom and a twin bedroom, a kitchen/living rooms with a gas stove, an oven, a washing machine, a refrigerator, a freezer, a sofa bed and 2 bathrooms with a shower.

- Vacation homes for 2 guests measuring 35 square metres, ideal for two people (can accommodate up to 3). Located on the ground floor, they have a garden measuring 30 square metres with an outdoor shower and a furnished veranda measuring 10 square metres where guests can enjoy their lunch or dinner.

It has a double bedroom, a kitchen/livingroom with an electric stove, an oven, a refrigerator and freezer, a single ottoman bed and an en suite bathroom with a shower.

All of the apartments are climate controlled with a centralized system for hot and cold air and are furnished with specially designed furniture and a television.
