Hotel La Certosa is a small, romantic hotel situated on the beach in Marina del Cantone with excellent connections to Massa Lubrense and Sorrento.
The careful renovation has transformed the old convent into a modern hotel with 3 star category comforts.
The interiors stand out for their high, exposed beam ceilings, the barrel vaults and the coloured ceramics on the walls and the floor.
The lobby, the restaurant and the splendid terrace with views overlooking the bay provide the perfect setting for meetings and relaxing moments in good company.
The beach is equipped with umbrellas and comfortable sun beds.
Nature lovers and those who like to go on excusrsions can discover the area surrounding Marina di Cantone, the paths to the Punta Campanella park and Leranto bay.
The buses to Massa Lubrense and Sorrento, Positano and Amalfi all leave from Piazza Marina del Cantone which is 50 km from the hotel, parking is available.
During the summer, parking costs €15 per day, during the rest of the year, payment is only required on Saturday and Sunday.

The rooms with sea view feature a terrace, from which you can see the sea standing. Inside the room the sea is not visible.

The restaurant is the pride of the hotel and serves traditional Mediterranean cuisine prepared by the owners and by Luisa and Rosiris.
Guests can sample traditional fresh fish, offered raw and then prepared on the grill or in the delicious soup which is the restaurant's speciality.
The famous recipes available include spaghetti with courgettes, seasonal vegetables flavoured with basil and parmesan all mixed with caciocavallo cheese.
The wine cellar houses the best DOC wines from the Sorrento coast including labels from Capri, the Amalfi Coast and the Sorrento coast, the DOCG Fiano d'Avellino and Greco di Tufo, the DOC Falanghina and Aglianico.

Take the A3 Salerno - Reggio Calabria motorway to the Castellammare di Stabia exit, continue along the SS145 state road until you reach Meta di Sorrento then follow the signs for Sant'Agata, then for Nerano - Marina del Cantone.

By train
From Naples Centrale train station, take the Circumvesuviana line to Sorrento. From Sorrento, continue with the SITA bus to Nerano - Marina del Cantone until you reach the last stop.
By plane
From Naples Capodichino International Airport, take the Curreri bus to Sorrento, from Sorrento take the SITA bus to Nerano - Marina del Cantone to the last stop.
