Recently built, in the summer of 2000, the hotel has been designed to offer maximum comfort and freedom.
The Laurence hotel is an American style hotel; in fact, all of the rooms have an independent entrance accessible from the beautiful garden.

The room can be used for wedding banquets, graduation and birthday celebrations, but also for conventions and meetings. Both the meeting room and the restaurant are technologically equipped for holding conventions, congresses and private events.
The meeting room can seat from 50 to 150 people.
