- Two-room apartment with 2-3 beds located on the ground floor measuring 27m², patio 15m² with a lounge/dining room, a kitchenette, a room with a double bed and a folding bed and an en suite bathroom with a shower.

- Two-room apartment with 3-5 beds located on the ground floor measuring 30m², patio 15m², with a lounge/dining room, a kitchenette, a double sofa bed, a room with a double bed and a folding bed and an en suite bathroom with a shower.

- Three-room apartment with 6-7 beds located on the ground floor/first floor measuring 55m², patio/terrace 18m², with a lounge/dining room, a kitchenette, a double sofa bed, a room with a double bed, a room with two single beds and a folding bed and an en suite bathroom with a shower.

The first group of apartments is located 250m from the athletic/recreation centre and 1.5km from the beach, and consists of apartments in multi-family villas that are two-storeys tall. Their proximity to the athletic/recreation centre makes them ideal for families with children.

The second group of apartments are located on a hilltop 850m from the athletic/recreation centre and 2.1km from the beach; it consists of small villas that include two or three apartments, each with a private entrance. They are found in a peaceful panoramic location surrounded by Mediterranean greenery with a view of Cape Palinuro and the beach of Mingardo. The furnishings are modern and well-cared for.

All of the apartments have a furnished covered terrace, a telephone and indoor parking.

The rate includes: consumption of electricity, water and gas, bed linens that are changed weekly, use of the swimming pools with umbrellas and sunbeds (open from 01/05 to 16/10), ping pong, bocce courts, use of the tennis court, volleyball court, football field, entertainment staff and miniclub offered from 19/06 to 11/09.

The rate does not include: mandatory final cleaning (25 euros for two-room apartments, 30 euros for three-room apartments), and a deposit of 100 euros to be paid on site.

Services available upon request: bathroom linens 3 euros per person per change, beach towels 2 euros per person per change, cradles 3 euros per day (free for clients to bring their own in place of one of the beds), television rental 4 euros per day, laundry service 4 euros a load, and barbecue upon request.
