Tenuta Armaiolo, Rapolano Terme

Tenuta Armaiolo is found in Armaiolo in the countryside of Siena. This area is characterised by the famous therapeutic sulphur springs of Rapolano, conveniently located close to Florence, Siena and Arezzo.

The resort is part of a large tourist farm that extends for 600 hectares used for growing olives, grapevines, corn and wheat, characterised by a beautiful nature reserve ideal for excursions or hunting trips.

Five ponds provide places for guests to go fishing, and the resort grounds are an ideal place to go hiking, mountain biking with bikes available for rent from the resort, or for a swim in the lovely swimming pool with a breathtaking panoramic view.

There are 13 farmhouses in the resort, 3 of which have been renovated and made into guest accommodation:

- Santamaria: a beautiful 19th century farm that has been renovated maintaining the original materials, surrounded by the lush greenery of the beautiful hills. This farmhouse includes 5 bedrooms with antique furnishings and high quality upholstery, as well as a spacious living room with a fireplace and a kitchen, climate control, and an en suite bathroom in every bedroom. Guests have the option of renting a single room or the entire villa.

- Casalino: a beautiful stone farmhouse registered in the 14th century with a view of a beautiful Romanesque church, the swimming pool, the Tuscan countryside and the Crete Senesi hills. It has 5 apartments, including 2 with a fireplace, decorated with antique furnishings and high quality upholstery.

- Palmiera: an old mill farmhouse that has been completely renovated located near a stream and completely surrounded by old holm oak trees. It has 4 apartments, including one with a fireplace, decorated with antique furnishings and high quality tapestries.
