Fattoria Voltrona, San Donato

The hotel restaurant serves delicious cuisine with a fixed menu including typical dishes of Tuscan cuisine with appetizers, first courses, second courses, a side dish, dessert and coffee.

During the summer, guests can make themselves comfortable in the characteristic hayloft or under the stars on the charming terrace.

The famous Florentine steak is available upon request.

By car

From the north:

Take the A1 Autostrada del Sole motorway to the Firenze - Impruneta exit. Take the 4-lane expressway towards Siena to the Poggibonsi Nord exit, then follow the directions for San Gimignano.

Upon reaching San Gimignano, take the state road to Volterra, turn left at the first intersection and after 4km in San Donato, a small area of San Gimignano, turn left and follow the directions for Agriturismo Voltrona. From San Donato, head along a dirt road for around 1km until reaching the hotel.

From the south:

Take the A1 Autostrada del Sole motorway to the Val di Chiana Bettolle exit. Head towards Siena along the 4-lane expressway and upon reaching the Poggibonsi Nord exit, follow the directions for San Gimignano.

Upon reaching San Gimignano, take the state road to Volterra, turn left at the first intersection and after 4km in San Donato, a small area of San Gimignano, turn left and follow the directions for Agriturismo Voltrona. From San Donato, head along a dirt road for around 1km until reaching the hotel.

By train
