La Buca del Gatto Hotel, Cecina

Guests can try the specialities of traditional Tuscan cuisine with personalised menus and sampling menus able to satisfy even the most delicate palates.

Breakfast and dinner are served as a buffet. Guests who prefer table service can chose La Saletta on the first floor of the restaurant, a private and welcoming area with air conditioning.

La Coffa restaurant next to the swimming pool has an à la carte menu with fish dishes.

The Conference centre is available year round for meetings, business conferences, and various other events with a capacity of 100 people. It is equipped with an overhead screen, an amplification system, a video projector, a VHS and VIDEO8 tape player, a computer, a white board, air conditioning and private washrooms.

By car

Take the A12 motorway towards Livorno, getting off at the Rosignano Marittimo exit. Continue along Via per Rosignano, crossing Vada and then take Via Divisione Partigiana Garibaldi. Turn left onto Via Aurelia and then right onto Piazza Garibaldi. Continue along Via dei Cavalleggeri and leave Vada. Take Via la Mazzanta and then Via dei Cavalleggeri, turn left onto Via di Pozzuolo and head into Mazzanta. Continue on Via di Pozzuolo, take Via Campilunghi and then turn onto Via dell'Astronomia, where the hotel is located.

By train

From the Cecina train station, take Viale Fratelli Rosselli, turn right onto Via Roma and then left onto Viale della Repubblica. Turn right onto Via della Pinetina and then left onto Via C. Ginori. Leave Cecina and continue along Via C. Ginori. Turn right onto Via Volterra and leave Marina di Cecina. Continue along Via Volterra and at the traffic circle, take Via Francesco Domenico Guerrazzi. Take the second exit and continue along Via Campilunghi. Upon reaching Mazzanta, continue along Via Campilunghi until reaching Via dell'Astronomia, where the hotel is located.

By plane

From Pisa Galileo Galilei airport, take Via Caduti di Kindu and then take Via Asmara. Turn left onto Via San Giusto and leave Pisa. Continue along Via delle Colombaie and turn left onto Via Mezzanina. Turn right immediately onto the SS1-Via Aurelia state road, and then turn right again onto the Firenze-Pisa-Livorno expressway heading towards E76 - A11 Firenze - E80 - A12 Genova - Livorno. Get off at Rosignano Marittimo and continue towards Via Aurelia - Cecina - Piombino - Grosseto - Roma - Volterra - Vada. Get off at Cecina Nord, turn left taking the SS68 / SR68 state road and continue along Via Pisana Livornese. Upon reaching La Cinquantina, continue along Piazza dei Mille and turn right onto Via Aurelia Nord. Take the SP39 provincial road, turn left onto Via di Vallescaia, then turn left again and then right on Stradone del Tripesce Vecchio. Upon arriving in Mazzanta, turn left onto Via Campilunghi and then turn onto Via dell'Astronomia, where the hotel is located.
