Palau Green Village is a new complex in Palau, situated only 500 metres from the town centre and 150 metres from the beach.

Surrounded by the colours and aromas of a well kept garden, the complex offers welcoming stone apartments which have been constructed in a traditional Gallura style.

Guests have access to a reception service, a relaxation area, a laundry, barbecue area and a swimming pool with a sun terrace which is open during the summer months.

The complex's convenient location guarantees guests easy access to the suggestive La Maddalena archipelago (20 minutes by ferry) and all the locations on the famous Emerald Coast (30 minutes drive away).

The nearby beach is surrounded by a fresh pine forest where guests can go for relaxing walks or fun picnics.

Apartment cleaning cost (maximum € 60 per room - one off charge):

The kitchenette has to be cleaned by the customers, otherwise an additional charge of € 50 will be required.

Apartment deposit (€ 200 one off charge - the amount will be refunded after the final state of the apartment has been checked);

Animal supplement (€ 30 one off charge).

Guest arriving after 8 p.m are invited to communicate the arrival time, otherwise check-in cannot be guaranteed.

Late check-in may be subject to an additional fee.
