40% of customers would book Ai Quattro cantoni again
Zum besseren Finden der Wohnung, die sich im 5. Stock eines 8stöckigen Wohnhauses befindet, würden ein Schild am Hauseingang wesentlich beitragen.
Ein Angestellter kam wohl eher zufällig vorbei, außer uns stand noch eine andere Familie vor der Tür. Wir haben im Haus jedes einzelne Stockwerk nach der Wohnung abgesucht, bis zur 5.Etage. Leider war niemand anwesend. Als wir uns schon auf den Weg machten, um ein anderes Hotel zu suchen, kam dann ein junger Mann vorbei, der uns die Zimmer übergab.
Die Spüle in der Küche konnte man nicht benutzen, da das Wasser nicht durch den Abfluss, sondern in die Küche ablief.
Handtücher wurden während unseres kompletten Aufenthalts( vom 05.-09.09.) nicht gewechselt.
Positiv zu erwähnen sind die Zimmer, die sauber waren sowie die Betten, die sehr gut waren. Ansonsten können wir dieses Bed and Breakfast keinem empfehlen.

In order to improve overall satisfaction: re-think the shower and shower curtain (no matter how careful we could be, the shower curtains would still get water all over the floor and we always had to mop the floor after taking a shower). A big sign saying " Ai Quattro cantoni" on the building would make it easier to find the B&B for the first time and also would draw more attention (instead of just small letters on the building's door interphone).
