InItalia works and collaborates with specialised companies with proven experience in the publicity and promotion sector of the tourist industry.
InItalia acts as a consultant and Web Marketing and Web Promotion solution developer for small and medium-sized businesses and does not supply services connected with the characteristic activities of travel and tourism agencies.

Navigation within the InItalia website
Excluding cases of wilful misconduct and gross negligence, InItalia cannot be considered liable in any event for damage of any kind caused directly or indirectly by access to the website, by inability or impossibility to access it or by your reliance on and use of the information contained within, clarifying that the descriptions, photos and facilities of the hotels are all information entered by the operators of the said hotels. Therefore InItalia cannot be held liable for any information that may not be true to reality, may be imprecise and/or may not be up to date.
We also clarify that the directions for getting to the hotels, and the distances to the hotels from major points of interest in the towns where they are located, are taken from a geolocation system supplied by an external company. Initalia cannot therefore be held liable for any incorrect directions.
Links to connected external websites
InItalia is not liable, either directly or indirectly, for matters regarding websites that can be accessed using links found on website or for any damages suffered by the user in relation to the contents of those sites.
Links provided by InItalia do not necessarily imply that it has approved those sites, and InItalia declines all responsibility for their quality and contents.
Cancellation
For details related to the cancellation of a booking you must refer to the cancellation terms defined by the hotel. This information is contained in the hotel description under the heading “Terms of Stay”. If the cancellation is made within the time limit defined by the hotel, no charge will be incurred. If instead the cancellation is made after the defined time limit or in the event that you fail to arrive at the hotel (no-show), the hotel will charge the amount indicated in the hotel description (which is usually equal to the cost of the first night of the stay). If more than one room has been booked with the same reservation, the cancellation of individual rooms is not permitted. Guests wishing to change their booking must cancel the entire reservation and then rebook. Initalia will never charge any amount to a client's credit card.
Limitations of Use
The website can only be consulted online, and cannot be made usable offline by programmes and/or procedures and/or other expedients that download pages onto a local computer. The site can only be viewed by people and not by automatic software and/or robots/spiders capable of extracting any type of contents from InItalia in order to make it available elsewhere and/or to others.
Computer Viruses
InItalia guarantees that its website is free of viruses that can be detected using a permanently active antivirus system.
InItalia does not accept any liability for the presence of viruses that cannot be detected by the antivirus products used.
InItalia warns users that there is an intrinsic risk in using software available online.
Communications
Users who have made a reservation with InItalia.it will receive an e-mail inviting them to fill in a short survey about their stay in the hotel chosen at the time of booking.
The questions refer to the service received and the level of satisfaction: the survey is not obligatory, and its only purpose is to improve the service offered to clients, making it easier to choose a hotel that is more likely to fulfil their expectations.
InItalia will also send regular information to existing customers relating to the booking service and containing sales information, special offers and suggestions for future holidays.
