Hôtel en phase de décrépitude avancée. Délabré mais encore d'une propreté juste suffisante. C'est vraiment dommage car la situation est exceptionnelle ,bord de mer près d'un petit port, environnement sympathique.

Volendo percorrere la ciclabile da San Lorenzo al Mare a Sanremo, ho soggiornato per una notte in questo hotel. Mi è stata assegnata una doppia uso singola spaziosa, così come il bagno (nel mio non c'era l'asciugacapelli). la camera non aveva l'aria condizionata ma, avendo potuto tenere le finestre aperte, affacciate su una zona tranquilla, non ci sono stati disagi. La colazione è accettabile e il ristorante permette di mangiare anche alla carta, in modo discreto. Biciclette gratuite a disposizione (anche se parecchie sono "incidentate" quindi bisogna fare un'accurata cernita!). La nota più positiva, la posizione: fermata del bus proprio dietro l''hotel, partenza della ciclabile (assolutamente da fare!) praticamente sulla soglia.
