Personale molto disponibile e cortese.
Camera bella e tecnologica, manca però la cassaforte.
Preferibile per chi viaggia in auto anche se esiste una linea bus (n.044) che ferma proprio davanti all'albergo e porta alla fermata della linea B della metropolitana (capolinea Laurentina) ultima corsa serale ore 23.00 e la domenica ore 22.00.
Circa 30 minuti per raggiungere il Colosseo.
Ci hanno offerto la colazione anche il primo giorno sebbene non prevista e siamo riusciti ad avere la camera anticipatamente grazie alla signora della reception che si è attivata prontamente.
