Non capisco perchè il letto matrimoniale è spostato sotto la finestra,con grossa difficoltà nel mettersi a letto e nell'alzarsi. La porta del bagno andrebbe sostituita con una "scrigno" o quanto meno dovrebbe aprirsi all'esterno; così come è messa rende davvero difficoltosa l'agibilità del bagno.

We chose this hotel mainly because its location, close enough to the airport and found ourselves enjoying very much the quality and very good service! On the booking it looked as the the hotel is going to charge our credit card immediately on reservation, ( reserved a non refundable room), but on the spot the hotel people said they didn't, so we paid then. When reaching back we found that the hotel charged our credit card and cancelled it too. This cost us few unnecessary euros. It shouldn't happened. The city tax is not included in the online price and we don't know how much it is.

Struttura molto valida, con personale gentile e disponibile. C'è stata un' incomprensione con la reception sul prezzo fissato al momento della prenotazione che poi si è chiarita al momento del pagamento. Ottima insonorizzazione con l'esterno, un po' meno buona con l'interno.

Female assistants were extremely helpful and knowledgeable. The male employee that worked on the night of June 4th was not helpful and his English was insufficient to help us with very basic information. A very bad experience at the end of our stay that left a bad taste in my mouth.

Muy buena relación calidad precio, es la segunda vez que utilizo este hotel, impecable para mis necesidades.

The swiming pool was closed when I stayed there, all the rest was ok.

Choose hotel because of facilities on offer, all of the facilities were unavailable and the hotel was operating as a bed and breakfast. not acceptable.

Ottima struttura facilmente raggiungibile dal GRA, anche se un po' fuori mano (quartiere Eur, quindi auto fino alla metro per arrivare in centro), silenzioso l'ambiente circostante e buona colazione a buffet. Unico piccolo neo, alla reception, al nostro arrivo, hanno fatto confusione quindi chi hanno addebitato 2 volte l'importo del soggiorno (con conseguente regolare storno).

Mi sono trovato bene, ottimo rapporto qualità prezzo, unica pecca bagno senza ventola e pareti non insonorizzate.
