The apartment was fine, we really liked the old, traditional building, entry, etc. The modern bathroom was super nice and very clean. The bedroom was fine, and had a nice view of town. The kitchen was our least favorite. It had dirty sponges, etc. did not feel clean like the rest of the apt. We really didn't cook much because it wasn't all that well equipped or enjoyable to sit in. But, overall, everything was good. We think with little effort the apt could be made very charming for example, some artwork and mirrors on the walls, maybe a little updating of the kitchen and the furniture (like the chair in the middle room). That middle room was kind of useless the way it was furnished. The breakfast was minimal. The coffee was good :-) The location was perfect. We loved that it was in the Onda district and a 3 minute walk to the Campo! The parking at the Al Tufi outside of town was a good benefit. Eugene meant well; he seemed very busy with other responsibilities. We tried unsuccessfully (asked 2 people 3 times) to get a light bulb in the bathroom replaced. It never was. However, this was not a major issue. We likely would want to stay at the apt again if we came to Siena again.

I did not find the bed comfortable. The young woman who met me on arrival was friendly, extremely helpful and all round a very good advert for the hotel. Because a guest had been smoking in the room I was to use, she upgraded me to the flat just down the road. So I had excellent value for money. The breakfast was plentiful and coffee and tea available all day in the dining room.

Accueil très sympa, on vous indique où vous pouvez garer votre voiture gratuitement dans un parking situé à quelques km de l'hôtel et on vous offre même les tickets de bus pour rejoindre l'hôtel avec un plan pour trouver facilement. Une jeune personne vous attend, vous fait visiter , vous donne de nombreuses explications sur le B&B, les visites de la ville. Le seul inconvénient c'est la chambre avec la salle de bains séparée, nous n'avions pas fait attention lors de la résa.

El servicio del hotel fue muy bueno! No tenía como llamar a un taxi y la señora ama de llaves muy amablemente con su celular llamo al taxi. Fue muy hospitalaria la atención!
