Una maggiore organizzazione durante la prima colazione, considerando, ovviamente, l'alto numero di ospiti durante il nostro soggiorno. Una considerazione personale: all'arrivo al momento della consegna chiavi ci è stato gentilmente offerto l'utilizzo del frigobar, visto che nel box erano presenti solamente 2 bottigliette di acqua, consiglierei per un hotel di categoria alta di apporre un biglietto di benvenuto sopra il frigo medesimo per evitare false aspettative all'ingresso della camera. Ho consumato la colazione alle ore 08:30, ma non ho trovato quasi niente, ho chiesto di avere brioche o altro ,ma mi è stato risposto che era tutto terminato. Ora visto che la colazione viene servita dalle ore 07.00 alle 10.00, mi sembra un disservizio piuttosto grave! Cordiali Saluti.

Nice hotel. We found the hotel quickly - saw it from the distance, but it was hard to find the entrance to get to the hotel. It was in the evening and there was no special sign. We were driving around but couldn't get to the hotel.

La fonction douche ne fonctionnais pas dans ma chambre, et donc il était seulement possible d'utiliser la fonction bain. Pas dramatique mais toujours ennuyeux compte tenue du standing et prix de cet hôtel.
Aucun geste commercial fait lorsque je l'ai mentionné à la réception lors de mon paiement. Sinon, un peu loin du centre de Bologne, donc à privilégier si on est véhiculé.
