The website led us to believe it was an international-speaking staff. This was not the case... it was English at its minimal and no ability to speak in Spanish as an alternative. They were friendly enough, but because we couldn't always communicate, there was a lack of service towards clients who were not 100% Italian. The site should also give more explicit instructions on how to arrive, where to park and it would be very helpful if the hotel/website indicated the places to rent skis, parking for the slopes, etc. We did this ourselves after only exploring on line and guestimating on how things worked.

Abbiamo soggiornato in una stanza non riscaldata sufficientemente , a mio giudizio non c'erano più di 18/19 gradi.

L'alloggio pur essendo capiente ( per 5 persone) non aveva, al suo interno, la suddivisione delle stanze.

Anche nel ristorante la climatizzazione non era adeguata.

Comprendo che quando siamo arrivati aveva smesso da poco di nevicare ma per due giorni non si poteva camminare all'interno per non aver spalato la neve (discesa del posto auto, scalinata a dx dell'uscita).
