Wir waren sehr zufrieden., an zwei abenden war allerdings noch eine andere festgesellschaft vor ort. als wir dann abends noch etwas an der bar trinken wollten, kamen wir uns etwas verlassen vor, da nicht das augenmerk auf uns gerichtet wurde und wir etwas einsam und verlassen dastanden. nachdem wir unsere bestellung ausgeben konnten war der service gut.
bei der bezahlung waren jedoch leistungen aufgelistet die wir gar nicht hatten(z.b. essen die wir gar nicht zu uns genommen hatten) es war schon schwer dies bei der bezahlung klarzustellen. hier sollte eine andere lösung gefunden werden. machen sie doch einfach einen bestellblock und lassen diesen mit zimmernummer vom gast unterschreiben. bei bezahlung kann dies dann ganz leicht geklärt werden.
das sind nur kleinigkeiten, ansonsten war alles ok.

Leider sind die Zimmer zur Strasse hin sehr laut. Ansonsten haben wir uns sehr wohlgefühlt und werden sicherlich das Hotel wieder buchen.
