Very poor service all around. Charged for towels that were never received. Double charged for transfers overall very disappointing service.

Sehr gepflegtes mit Kunst bereichertes B&B in zentraler Lage von Palermo, nahe des großartigen Opernhauses. Freundlicher Service mit Informations-gespräch über Sehenswürdigkeiten und Restaurants etc.
Sehr reichhaltiges Frühstück mit stilvoller Ambiente.
