Reviews B & B Cappellini - Rome

The hotel location may not be the best but you can't have everything with a budget hotel. Having said that, we had no problems and at no time felt unsafe, and with its great access to the local transportation it was very convenient. The hotel only has five rooms and ours was more than good enough for crashing out in at the end of a long day's walking / sightseeing. It was also very quiet. The manager, Pasquale, was very helpful, speaks perfect English and certainly made it easier for us to find the best ways to get around Rome. I would definitely stay here again.

There should be a map to the hotel because we found the same house number at the building nearby.

Very good value for money. Excellent, helpful staff. Even though the surroundings are in fact not the most elegant that did not have any adverse effect on the quality of our stay at the B & B Cappellini.

The hotel is the best choice if you are looking for a cheap hotel in the heart of Rome. It is really close to most of the attractions, and more important, close to the subway, the railway and through them, to the airport. However, the hotel is really clean and the service is high class! It is quite enough for a tourist who needs just to sleep and to take a shower!

C'est dans le quartier à l'est de la gare Termini que l'on trouve les hôtels les moins chers situés dans Rome intra muros. Bon rapport qualité/ prix, donc, quand on fait le voyage pour visiter Rome en quelques jours et qu'on a un budget limité. Facile de s'y rendre quand on arrive de l'aéroport, et bien desservi par les transports publics une fois sur place. Suffisamment proche du centre historique pour pouvoir se déplacer à pied. Le B&B Cappellini n'est pas un hôtel de charme mais il remplit bien la fonction pratique qu'il annonce: on peut s'y reposer au calme, prendre une douche au propre, déposer ses affaires dans un endroit sûr, petit-déjeuner frugalement avant les longues journées de visite, et même demander quelques conseils au très serviable tenancier des lieux.

Les sanitaires étaient mal ventilés forte odeur d’égout du coup dans toute la chambre. Le petit-déjeuner n'est pas à conseiller (à part le bon café) sinon le pain est rassis.
