Petit déjeuner décevant !

Tout était très bien sauf que le gérant ne parlait ni français ni anglais! Et en plus, le propriétaire de l'hôtel avec lequel je m'étais entendu que je ne pouvais être là avant 20h30, m'avais dit:«Pas de problème..voici mon no. de portable au cas où;mais il y aura quelqu'un pour vous attendre.» A 20h10 nous arrivâmes...et devinez?!..Personne n'est là!..et le n° de portable répond que l'on ne peut rejoindre la personne ressource!...Étant alors désemparé, nous sommes redescendus et c’est un des employés du restaurant devant l'hôtel qui m'a alors dit que je n'avais pas le bon n°de télé mais que lui,il l'avait...!! Et c’était vrai et tout s'est bien passé après !!!

Das Hotel entspricht in keiner Weise einem 4 Sterne Standard, im Höchstfall 1 Stern. Die Zimmer sind zwar gut, aber das Bad ist viel zu klein und die Reinigung ist nicht ausreichend.

Our A/C unit didn't real cool the room at all, but temps were moderate at night and the room was very quiet (overlooked courtyard not piazza). Mario was very friendly, helpful and the central location was excellent. We would stay again given the chance.

5 camere su 6 danno su una via nella zona pedonale in cui c'è sempre molto passaggio, anche fino a ora tarda. La colazione è self-service e molto basic, pero' è possibile usare la cucina per preparare tè e caffè.

Prima di arrivare concordate l'orario del check-in con il proprietario.

Nel complesso, se cercate una sistemazione senza pretese per poche notti, il rapporto qualità/prezzo è ok per Firenze.

The breakfast was light which was very good, it met our needs. Though I would suggest to add fresh fruit. The corn flakes brand used was the best I've ever tasted. The rooms were just beautiful, felt like we were in a castel or museum. The David Statue in the hall way, was just gorgeous...Also, we felt very safe. The internet access was a great plus which allowed us to research our excursions and the weather check. The service was great, the two girls were wonderful and Mario so kind. Over all for us it was just perfect. We would strongly recommend this place to others.
