Reviews B&B Roma Vaticano - Rome

This B & B could not comfort customers with the warm water, it was the big problem! Sleep in one room and should go to a another building to take a warm shower is already not comfort, specially when we don´t have the key to access to the bathroom and have to wait or run and hunt the person who has the key. Finally we could come in, but there was no more warm water, what a big disappointed! The personal was very kind, but could not help. Not recommended to the other customers!

+ very good location (5 minutes by foot to the tube station), very safe location (at night), clean and huge room, cleanliness of bathroom

- we were accomodated in January and in the room there was almost no heating!!! You cannot use radiator, there is only a central heating (they turn it on from 6 p.m. till 8 p.m.). After 8 p.m. it was freezing cold !!! (Luckily there were 2 feather beds). We informed the staff, but the problem wasn't solved. The B&B was located on a busy road (if you were accomodated in summer, you wouldn't sleep at all). Breakfast was insufficient (on arrival bread, cakes, croissants, coffee, milk, butter, jam, honey, later no bread, no croissants - everything was eaten!!! We had to eat our own food.

But if you go in summer, I recommend this B&B for that price because of cleanliness!

Shared bathroom, but it was very clean and not a real problem. Walls were so thin you could hear people talking in the other rooms, even at normal voice levels. TV was supposed to have many channels, but only 2 came in to our room. No one available to ask about this. We did appreciate the instruction booklet left in the room, it was very helpful. No other Italian B&B had this available. A real plus. All in all a sufficient place to stay. We payed the same price for a much nicer place the week before.

Hotel un peu bruyant par rapport à sa situation (en ville), nettoyage moyen, poubelle des salle de bain pas vidées pendant plusieurs jours, douche des hommes déficiente, inondation, eau froide pour les douches peu de débit. Par contre pas très loin de tous les sites à visiter et près du métro. Dans son ensemble suffisant pour passé quelques jours, personnel accueillant.
