Il giudizio pessimo che ho espresso non basta a spiegare la tragica esperienza che abbiamo vissuto presso la struttura Casa Rupilio a Taormina. L'unica cosa che corrispondeva era il prezzo per il resto non vi era nulla di ciò che proponeva la struttura. La camera era un fondo di un negozio senza finestre, la porta di tale garage (perché così sembrava) era talmente difficile da aprire che chiunque provasse ad aprire faceva tremare tutta la casa, il lavandino del bagno era così piccolo che aprendo il rubinetto si allagava inevitabilmente il bagno, sotto il letto vi erano matasse di sporco, le pale del ventilatore erano legate da una corda; avrei ancora tante cose di cui parlare ma non mi basta lo spazio pertanto concludo pregando chiunque di non soggiornare presso questa struttura.

I was promised breakfast, was asked about the time required. After waiting additional 15 minutes after the agreed breakfast time and nobody showing up I left without breakfast.

La chambre était fort exigüe, pas assez de lumière directe mais l'endroit était très propre et le personnel très gentil et serviable. Il manquait d'un paiement par carte bancaire.

The owners of the B & B were very nice and helpful. The room was more like a hostel but it did accommodate us. It was difficult to find even among the locals as it is on an alley/street. The owners do not speak English which could pose a problem for some, but again they were really hospitable. The breakfast could be improved, but I'm not sure what Italian B&B's usually serve. It had a great view of Mt. Etna, and it did give you a feel for Italian living. I would not stay there again.
