Die Lage ist einfach gruselig! Ich hatte es wegen der Flughafennähe gewählt, was Quatsch ist, da die einzige direkte Buslinie vom Hafen oder Hauptbahnhof geht. Für dieses Nichtwissen kann das Hotel nichts. Dennoch fühlte ich mich als Alleinreisende in dem Viertel absolut unsicher! Das Hotel sticht mit seiner Optik wie ein rettender Hafen heraus! Ich würde es trotz des netten Personals und der guten Stadtanbindung als Alleinreisende nie wieder wählen! Zudem sind die Zimmer sehr hellhörig!

Sehr höfliches, zuvorkommendes Personal. Leider liegen manche Zimmer zur Hauptverkehrsstraße. Innen sehr schöne Zimmer- und Badausstattung.

Hotel befindet sich direkt unter bzw. neben einer Stadtautobahn, deshalb gibt es Verkehrslärm die ganze Nacht.
Das Bad war sehr feucht und roch nach Schimmel.

Le réceptionniste du matin était très désagréable. Une personne plutôt âgée qui résidait en Allemagne à Kehl et qui parlait très bien le français était très accueillante le soir du 30/07. Elle nous a dit qu'il sera possible de prendre un café et qu'ils nous laisseraient quelques petits gâteaux le matin à 6H00 en partant. Le réceptionniste du matin n'a même pas dit bonjour, il a dit que tout est fermé à 6H00 et qu'il n'y a pas possibilité d'avoir un café malgré la machine qui semblait prête.
