A very lovely place to stay

Die Verkehrsanbindung an die Stadt war sehr schlecht und für Ortsunkundige fast nicht machbar. Die Verständigung mit der Rezeption war leider nur in italienisch möglich, englisch wurde nur von einer Person gesprochen, welche aber nicht immer da war. Trotzdem war das Personal sehr hilsbereit und freundlich.

One must take a bus and then another bus to get to rome. The staff was helpful but at times it was hard to find someone who spoke english. the bathroom was very good. the beds are small and the heat was not working when I was there in november.. It is quiet. no tv in the room.

The room was basic to the extreme bedding was not changed for the eleven days I was there, there was no lounge there was nobody who spoke English, I had to take two busses and a train to get to Rome, it took 1 hr and 40 minutes to get into the city. The last bus back finished at 10 o'clock so you had to be back by 10 or pay 25 euros for a taxi. It cost 75 euros from airport. Breakfast was terrible: a croissant, cold toast and cold coffee. An 8 ft steel door sealed the entrance and you had to ring a bell to get in the porter was not always there and was very rude. This seems not a hotel, this seems a retreat for nuns and priests, you are surrounded by holy statues and pictures nothing to do, no TV, no library, just some Italian religious books. There is a children school run by the nuns connected to the building and very noisy. You are also expected to go to 7am mass every day. If you leave the enclosure there is nothing outside, just a garage a gynaecological clinic and various medical facilities for cancer patients. My holiday was ruined by the fact I could never be out after 10 in the evening. The hotel mislead me as to how close they where to the city.

It was not at all as I thought it would be. It was a nightmare for me to stay there due to the receptionist guy and a male who served the dinner. Wish not to return.
