Dipende chi si ha la fortuna o la sfortuna di incontrare alla reception..infatti una volta vi ho trovato un giovane ragazzo educato, rispettoso ed affabile che mi ha aiutato a risolvere il mio problema nella camera e nella prenotazione del gruppo di 30 persone che avevo portato in hotel, altre volte ho trovato una signorina indisponente e una altra volta un signore ineducato e incompetente.

Veramente un bellissimo hotel, complimenti!

Ottima disponibilità del personale della reception. Assurdo pagare € 7,00 per la linea wi-fi. Il costo del garage secondo me dovrebbe rientrare nei servizi offerti.

Con una temperatura di -4° si è rotto l'impianto di riscaldamento. Notte da incubo, costretti a dormire vestiti. Il bagno non ha nessun impianto di riscaldamento, freddo glaciale. L'arredamento, anche se nuovo, è scarso: mancanza di cassetti per riporre la biancheria, stanza tripla priva di armadio, con una specie di appendiabiti dotato di 6 stampelle fisse. Letti molto confortevoli, personale gentile, disponibile e pronto a risolvere (dove possibile) le mancanze dell'hotel. Sala per la colazione piccolissima, inadeguata ad una struttura così grande. Occorre attendere per fare colazione. Personale di sala efficiente e professionale, qualità del cibo ottima, con una grande varietà e abbondanza.

La posizione dell'hotel è ottima per chi giunge con la propria auto, un po' meno per chi si deve muovere con i mezzi pubblici.

Il mio giuduzio ad ogni modo è ottimo.

L'hotel sembra stia per essere rinnovato anche perché sembra un cantiere aperto, in compenso la cucina è ottima ed il personale molto cordiale e gentile.

Arredamento da rinnovare.

Eu égard au rapport qualité/prix : bien mais à améliorer :

1/pas de table dans la chambre, une chaise mais branlante

2/pas de bar, pas de salon (en cours de rénovation) = chaises pliantes dehors

3/sanitaires niveau 2 étoiles moins (fuites, rideau à la douche, savons.), par contre linge de toilette très bien

4/TV : pas de satellite, que des chaines italiennes

5/Eviter chambres proches ventilation générale (bruyant la nuit)

6/Eviter l'aile donnant sur les terrasses ou sont situées les climatisations des autres immeubles, impossible laisser fenêtre ouverte, bruit incessant)

+ excellent buffet PDéj, service parfait

The bar was being refurbished so was not open when we visited.

The staff were fine when you asked them a question but didn't really make any effort to say hello or goodbye ect. or engage in any conversation.

The older lady who did the breakfasts was great!

Major issue was the distance from the metro line it needs to be really clear just how far you will need to walk and that you can get a bus if this had been told to us we would never have attemped to walk the first day we arrived!! Bus information cuold be sent with your booking and with abetter map when you come out of the metro station .

Also in the past staff at hotel often suggest restaurants and local places to eat but no such information was given.

Overall we had a great holiday but the hotel was to far out from the city centre for us and we spent to much time waiting for buses and then having to catch the metro which meant we dint go into the centr on an evening as much as we would have liked.
