Haben zu viel für die Suite bezahlt. "Jacuzzi" zu klein, hat auch nicht funktioniert. Das Hotel als Wellnesshotel zu bezeichnen ist eine große Übertreibung. Wir haben nichts an Wellness gefunden. Das Personal hat gesagt, dass das Hotel diesen Sommer fertig sein wird. Finden es aber nicht fair, dass es jetzt schon als solches gebucht werden soll. Sonst waren wir sehr zufrieden mit dem Hotel und es war ein sehr schöner Aufenthalt.

Disappointing stay overall as:

- dinner was not feasible in the castle until we complained and last minute service.

- telephone in the room was not working . nor internet

- extremely small room. no change nor upgrade possible despite the fact we were the only guests in the castle!

- no swimming pool nor jaccuzi available contrary as described on the website -not acceptable

- last but not least, the staff forgot to give us back our ID documents - this is also not acceptable. followiing this, the staff was extremely unfriendly over the phone to solve their mistake.

bottom-line: avoid, expensive and get better elsewhere for your money!
