Insufficiente la colazione.

The girl that works at reception doesn't speak english, so it was very hard to communicate. We booked a triple room, and we got room in which you can put two beds, but they succeeded to put three, so we could hardly move in the room or reach the bathroom door. Also the room was really dirty, full of black woman hair all over the place, in the room, in bathroom and in the shower! I can imagine that someone misses few hairs, but this was too much. Also, under the bed i saw beer bottle caps (that is hard to be missed when you clean the room).

Air condition unit wasn't cleaned I think from the day they installed it. It's full of dirt which waves out of it when you turn it on! Breakfast room is the same as the reception room, and is very small. Breakfast is poor and its kind of buffet, but very often you must ask for everything, from bread and croissants to butter and jam. One morning they run out of bread, so I got toast from plastic bag, and that was the last one, so people after me didn't get anything. Also one day, friend of mine used personnel toilet and saw croissant for breakfast in a box in the toilet!? And this is the first hotel that I saw that charge 5€ for keeping your luggage! From bottom of my heart I do not recommend this hotel! The only good thing is good connection to other city parts by bus.

Juste une remarque concernant l'ascenseur bruyant pour la chambre situé au 3eme étage à droite.

Leider wurden wir bei Anreise um die Bezahlung der Zimmer gebeten, die Kreditkartenzahlung wollte die nur italienisch sprechende Servicekraft nicht akzeptieren. Da wir nicht gezahlt haben und den Beleg hinterließen, müssen dann ja wohl unsere Angaben gestimmt haben.

The reception is on the 5th floor so take the elevator. The elevator is quite scary because it is very old fashioned and can only carry 3 people (not including luggage). But we had a pleasant stay, and it was very conveniently located near a good bus stop where useful major buses came by. Breakfast is minimalistic - a croissant with spreads and a cup of coffee or some cocoa pops. They have wireless internet, but the wireless connection was bad in our apartment and I had to sit at Reception to use it. The staff were very friendly. From the main train station (Roma Termini) take a bus to Porta Pia and you're practically there. Whatever you do, don't waste money on a taxi!

Bei Cesar Palace handelt es sich um eine Pension, die sich auf 2 Etagen eines 5-stöckigen Altbaus befindet (Fahrstuhl vorhanden). Das Personal ist englischsprachig. Wir haben es als hilfsbereit und freundlich erlebt. Die Zimmer zur Straße haben morgens den Berufsverkehr als garantierten Wecker. Aber wenn man eh in die Stadt will... Die Verbindung mit dem Bus zur Piazza Venezia, dem Kollosseum und vielen anderen interessanten Orten sowie zum Hauptbahnhof funktioniert über mehrere Linien (auch Express), eine Metrostation ist ca. 7 Gehminuten, die Straßenbahn ca. 5 min entfernt. In der Nähe befinden sich zahlreiche kleine Geschäfte und ein Markt, die Villa Borghese ist in 10 min zu Fuß erreichbar.

Das Frühstück ist (italienisch) nicht sehr umfangreich und steht bis 9.30 Uhr zur Verfügung.

Ottimo B&B, silenzioso e pulito. Sono molto gentili. Ho soggiornato benissimo.

Frühstücksbedingen und Plaztzangebot katastrohpal.

Dreckig, kein Service.

Ankunft und Empfang im Hotel unmöglich. Schwer zu finden , selbst mit Taxi , da nicht bzw. mangelhaft beschildert.

Make sure that the guests know of the fact that the reception is on the fifth floor.

Near bus station with many busses...very clean hotel...generally good for its money!!

Leider wurde im Nachbarhaus eine Kernsanierung durchgeführt, so dass eine erhebliche Lärmbelästigung ab 8.00 Uhr bestand. Im Hotel selbst wurde auch renoviert, die Geräusche waren erträglich. Bei den neu eingebauten Fenstern hätte man besser eine Doppelverglasung gewählt, um die Verkehrsgeräusche der Tag und Nacht sehr belebten Straße zu reduzieren.

Da es in Rom nachts sehr kalt war, haben wir und auch andere Gäste noch eine zweite Decke gewünscht. Wir bekamen sie als Zimmer frei wurden.

Assenza di acqua calda sia di notte che di mattina. Reception chiusa dopo una certa ora. Colazione a partire dalle ore 9,00 quindi saltata senza avere nemmeno la possibilità di restituire la chiave in quanto la reception alle 8,45 era ancora chiusa.
