Al termine del soggiorno mi è stato chiesto di pagare un importo superiore a quello presente sul foglio di prenotazione. Anche se l'importo in più era minimo, non ritengo il comportamento giustificabile in alcun modo; inoltre, alle mie proteste, il personale ha risposto in modo sgarbato.
At the end of my stay, when I had to pay, the reception has asked me an amount that was not that of the on-line booking; even if I had to pay really few money more, I think that this behaviour can not be considered excusable. Moreover, when I protested, the hotel personnel was impolite.
