Breakfast which was suposed to be available from 6:30 until 10:00. At 7:15 there were just some slices of cheese, and all the rest was gone. I went back at 7:35 and the table was still almost empty. There was also no milk, juices or other kind of fresh drinks.The queue in the coffee machine was saturated with guests and the quality of the coffee was indeed terrible.

In the beginning maybe was an a four star hotel but at this time I can classify this hotel a one star hotel. In the room we can smell mold and dust. The carpet all around the hotel look like a battle field. The only positive thing is the reception staff and the driver of the airport shuttle. I do not think to make a reserve again in this hotel.

Precio óptimo. Servicio gratuito de traslado al Aeropuerto. El pago tuvo que ser en efectivo al no funcionar el pago con tarjeta de crédito. Da la impresión que el hotel va a ser comprado por otra cadena hotelera y por ello no funcionan bien, ni reparan, las cosas que se averían.

Von einem 4*Hotel erwarte ich einige Standarts mehr wie dieses Hotel bietet z.B.Eine funktionierede Klimaanlage,keine defekten Fenster,wenigstens ein oder zwei TV programme in Deutscher Sprache,zu allgemeinen Standarts gehören auch in Italien aufgefüllte Büffets,frisches Obst und verschiedene Käsesorten und keine kalten Eier,desweiteren gehört sich für ein solches Hotel Tischwäsche sodass man wenigstens die abgeplatzten Tischplatten nicht sieht.
