Il Grand Hotel Passetto è veramente stato una bellissima scoperta. L'albergo è arredato con molta cura e fin nei minimi particolari. Lo staff è molto disponibile e gentile. La prima colazione è molto abbondante e il caffè viene servito a tavola. L'albergo si trova di fronte al mare, le fermate del bus sono vicine, anche quella del bus per l'aeroporto di Falconara. Insomma una posizione privilegiata. Ho anche molto gradito la piscina e la palestra. Ci tornerei volentieri!

Nos quedamos en este hotel 2 veces en la misma semana. la primera vez nos ofrecieron upgrade por 20€ que en teoría era solo por la vista al mar....aunque en realidad solo se veía el pinar de enfrente que tapaba el mar. La segunda vez, como cortesí nos ofrecieron directamente una habitación que miraba (esta ves sí) al mar. Pero las habitaciones no se parecían en nada. La 1a era moderna y muy bonita. La segunda era de los años 70. Cómoda, pero no de un 4 estrellas, más bien un 3 estrellas. El desayuno con bastante pastelería pero muy pocas opciones saladas. Los camareros un poco abrupto. Lo peor es que el último día no pudimos dejar las maletas al hacer el check-out y tuvimos que cargar con ellas todo el día!! porque el hotel cerraba en navidad por vacaciones!!!

Devo purtroppo segnalare: il condizionatore in camera era non funzionante e gocciolava sul pavimento al punto da richiedere un asciugamano disteso al di sotto per raccogliere l'acqua; il frigorifero era non funzionante; ho ordinato una bottiglia di acqua minerale in camera che non è mai arrivata, ho trovato nel frigo una bottiglia di acqua aperta.
