Staff did not speak English - they were Chinese.
Unit was located in a drab, ugly part of town.
It was a slow process gaining access to the unit each time with a number of doors requiring to be unlocked and an old lift.

Ci hanno sostituito il letto durante la nostra assenza, la televisione si bloccava e sotto il letto c'erano le coperte e le lenzuola sporca dei precedenti clienti!!!

Overall we were satisfied, specially with the friendliness of the owner/staff. Nothing was too much for them and every request was dealt with promptly. A map of the city and good explanations about the transport were given so that was a plus in our book!
On the negative side the television did not work properly and it took a couple of attempts to get it going (of sorts) The room was not very clean and there was dust quite obvious on the floor and corners. A couple of small tables would have been appreciated as we had to have breakfast sitting on the bed using the commode as an improvised breakfast table.
