Très bel hôtel, seul détail négatif, c'est des fenêtres mal isolées qui ne feutrent pas les bruits de la circulation le matin.

Personnel exceptionnel. Chambre parfaite.

Quite a nice place overall if you don't mind taking the metro into the city centre.

However, one issue I found is that the room window lets in too much outside noise from the street.

Nous avons été entièrement enchantés aussi bien de la gentillesse de la patronne de l'hôtel que du confort des chambres et sanitaires.

Le petit déjeuner était très bien et tout était très propre.

Nous recommandons fortement cet hôtel et si nous revenons à Rome nous logerons de nouveau dans cet hôtel.

Home away from home one of the best on ten week Europe trip!

We stayed one week at the hotel. It has been recently renovated and is very modern and clean. The hotel is located on the second floor (with elevator) and is small with about 10 rooms. Sandra was very friendly and helpful. The breakfast was simple and the coffee fresh. Everything was tastefully done almost a boutique hotel, without the price. Located only 5 metro stops from the central termini, the metro station was just outside the door. The area is primarily residential with a few good restaurants within a couple of blocks. Would definitely recommend and stay there again.

Excellent hotel and great value. The owners are very nice people and very helpful and thoughtful.

The cleanliness was excellent, and the facilities were very modern. Hotel is very safe as well, with cameras monitoring the building.

There is a little bit of noise from the street, but there is nothing that can be done about that, it's common in Rome, and Appia Nuova is a major thoroughfare.

I would recommend this hotel to friends and family, and I hope to stay there again.
