33% of customers would book Hotel Ariston again
L'hotel non ha rispettato la nostra prenotazione di 4 camere deluxe vista mare, (quelle con prezzo più alto) e all'arrivo ci ha assegnato 4 camere senza vista mare e non deluxe. Due camere in particolare assolutamente non congrue. Due di queste dopo proteste sono state cambiate con camere discrete. Il prezzo comunque, nonostante la prenotazione non corrispondente non è stato cambiato.
