Al mio arrivo all'hotel, in entrambe le camere mancava l'acqua calda, il telefono non funzionava e un telecomando del televisore aveva le pile scariche. Il tutto è stato sistemato nel giro di un'ora. L'aria condizionata di una camera non funzionava e nei 4 giorni di permanenza hanno tentato di ripristinarla con risultati mediocri senza peraltro offrirmi di cambiare camera (non l'ho richiesto in quanto in camera rimanevo solo di notte, sostituendo l'aria condizionata con quella fresca della notte proveniente dalla porta finestra).
