Lors de la réservation, il était précisé que nous aurions eu une chambre avec balcon (ce qui était très important pour nous). A notre arrivée, notre chambre n'avait pas de balcon, ils nous ont proposé de nous la changer le lendemain contre une avec balcon. Nous avons accepté. Le lendemain, ils nous ont dit que cela n'était plus possible. Nous leur avons fait part de notre déception et regrettons qu'il n'y ait eu aucun geste de leur part.

Nous avons été logés dans l'annexe de l'hôtel alors que pour nous la réservation était à l'hôtel, donc déçus. L'annexe ne correspondait pas à la prestation des chambres et du cadre de l'hôtel à laquelle nous nous attendions. Très dommage.
La patronne ne sourit pas, parait très distante et pas très commode.
Par contre le patron est sympa, heureusement.
