La prima notte abbiamo fatto la sauna la temperatura in camera era di 27 gradi con il condizionatore inserito. La mattina seguente ci siamo lamentati con il direttore il quale ci ha cambiato camera ed è andata decisamente meglio. Abbiamo notato che ai piani alti i condizionatori non riescono a raffreddare,mentre al primo e secondo piano rinfrescano bene. Per fortuna avevano camere libere.

Non abbiamo usato nè il bar nè il ristorante.

Le local à bagages est trop petit. Les chambres sont un peu petite mais très jolies. Certaines personnes à l'accueil pourraient être plus aimables.

Ottima la posizione (vicinanza al centro e anche ad un piccolo supermercato).

J'avais oublié ma veste dans l'armoire de la chambre et j'ai appelé deux jours après pour demander si elle avait été déposé à la réception. Surprise, personne ne l'a vu. Dommage, car c'est sûre que je l'avais laissé dans l'armoire. Sinon, hôtel à recommander car bien situé et très bien organisé et propre (BRAVO à l'équipe du déjeuner super efficace!).

Overall, we were very happy with our stay at Hotel Belle Arti. I am rating the room comfort as bad because I booked a room to sleep 4 people and expected a room that would comfortably accommodate all of us. In fact, the room was just enough for 2 persons. The width of the room was just enough for the queen size bed and a night stand on each side. The length of the room just fitted the bed, a cot put 2 feet away and a pull out 1 feet away from the cot. There was a very small entrance with a wardrobe and a tiny desk. We hardly had any space to put our luggage and to move about. A larger room would have been much more comfortable.

Luckily, we were only there for one WE and spent most of our time outside.

I rated "staff assistance" as good, instead of very good, because one night, I watched the receptionist arguing with a guest about the room's accommodations. When he was done with the other guest, he turned to me and said "YES" with a bit of exasperation. It's possible that he was expecting another complaint but I was just there to request the key to my room. The customary - "How can I help you" or something to that effect would have sufficient. The night of our arrival the service was fine.

I will end by saying that there are two people that really stood out at breakfast time. I believe they were the managing team - one middle aged woman and another gentleman of about the same age. They worked tirelessly to maintain all breakfast items well stocked at all times and keep a dining room clean regardless of the heavy traffic. They did an outstanding job and made our dining experience quite enjoyable.

Plus de chaînes de télé serait souhaitable.

The staff at Hotel Belle Arti were very helpful at all times - I needed to contact a U.S. credit card number, and also they called a water taxi for us to the airport. These conveniences are very helpful, especially during a short stay. We had stayed at this hotel two years ago during a visit to many cities in Italy, and returned to Venice when returning from a Mediterranean cruise. I would highly recommend Belle Arti to anyone!!
