Extremely welcoming and accommodating staff who offered me coffee and use of internet when I had to wait 15 minutes for the room to be made ready. The room was very clean. As a single female I didn't feel safe in that part of town outside of the hotel but I had chosen it for proximity to the train station so had to deal with it. The bed coverings smelled of cigarette smoke, a common and unfortunate feature of some budget hotels.
