Staff were fantastic particularly when we checked in shame i dont recall his name. The property was easy to get to from Garibaldi station having arrived from Paris. Would certainly stay here again and also recommend. Woulld have liked a kettle in the room for a cup of tea but a small issue. The breakfast was awsome too. No problems at any time from the booking process right through to check out. Thank you

Dommage de ne pas avoir un parking privé de l'hotel et de devoir rajouter des frais de parking.

Adresse à retenir pour un prochain séjour. Et ce sont les travaux à côté de l'hotel qui ont valu un "bien" pour l'environnement.

Sicuramente tornerò all'hotel Cervo nei miei prossimi viaggi di lavoro a Milano. Peccato che non ci sia la possibilità di consumare in loco anche una semplice cena.

Im Zimmer hatte es etwas altbackenen Gestank. Eine Renovation/Auffrischung von Wänden, Decke, Mobiliar und Bettzeug wäre dringend nötig.

Unico problema dell'hotel è la moquette, che anche se pulita, non garantisce la massima igiene. Ottima la posizione ed i servizi di pulizia ed ospitalità. Ottimo il rapporto qualità-prezzo.

Se tornerò a Milano sicuramente alloggerò di nuovo in questo hotel.

Gutes Preis-Leistungsverhältnis, insbesondere bezüglich der Lage (das Stadtzentrum ist zu Fuß erreichbar, Metrostation und Restaurants in der Nähe, Hauptbahnhof 20 min zu Fuß entfernt, Supermarkt direkt nebenan).

Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Das kostenlose W-LAN reicht zum normalen Surfen aus.

Das Doppelzimmer war relativ klein und hellhörig, aber okay und ganz gemütlich. Der Kleiderschrank war innen verstaubt, aber sonst waren Zimmer und Bad sauber. Der Blick aus dem Fenster war wenig attraktiv, die Umgebung relativ laut (Generator vor dem Fenster, Baustellen in der Umgebung). Das kontinentale Frühstück und der Kaffee aus der Maschine waren leider nicht so gut.

Fazit: Für einen Städte- oder Shoppingbesuch für nicht allzu anspruchsvolle junge Leute ist eine gute Wahl, wir würden es für einen nächsten Besuch in Mailand wieder buchen.

Il giudizio è influenzato dai lavori di ristrutturazione in corso. All'arrivo ho perfino avuto il dubbio che l' hotel fosse chiuso in quanto la reception era completamente smontata, senza pavimento, gli operai stavano imbiancando le pareti e il banco è stato montato solo il giorno successivo (comunque non utilizzabile). Peraltro l'hotel è situato proprio davanti all'ospedale Fatebenefratelli e questo per noi era il requisito più importante. Da segnalare che nella sala colazioni la ristrutturazione era già avvenuta e l'ambiente è confortevole.
