Had a poor bed with springs sticking out, but they changed it the next day.

Ottimo il rapporto qualità/prezzo, ottima pure la pulizia sia della camera che del bagno. Sono rimasto soddisfatto del mio soggiorno.

Muchisimo frio en el bar

La colazione è da ritenersi insufficiente. Poco confortevole perché servita in una terrazza (all'aperto) alla fine di dicembre.

Un sito che certamente consiglierò ai miei conoscenti e non.

En générale le séjour qu'on a passés en Italie c'était très agréable, notamment l'hotel, on été satisfait, a part que la tarification est un peu élevé. Merci pour votre accueil.

I was surprised that the hotel is situated on the 2nd floor. The website didn't say anything about it, but I guess it's not such a big deal.

When I was checking in, the staff was very helpful. The first thing he did was advising me to be extra careful from pickpockets during my stays in Rome. Then he straight away gave me all the directions on how to get to most of the tourist attractions.

Location of the Hotel was PERFECT. It is near the airport shuttles that stop at Termini. Easy to get to the "Hop on" bus tour (also near Termini Station).

It's just a normal room, not to vancy... but hey, if this is your first time staying in Rome and you wanna travel around Rome and not spend most of your time in the hotel room... then I would definitely recommend this hotel.

Breakfast was not that good... but the coffee was Ok.

I was in room 39 and the staff told me that I got the best connection for the WIFI internet connection.

Again, I give all the credits to all the Hotel Cherubini staffs making my 2 days stay in Rome comfortable.

Me a parecido bien todo, lo unico que he notado era la falta de limpieza en la zona destinada a los desayunos, pues se notava que los manteles estavan sucios de un dia para otro y las hormigas por encima de la mesa, cuando esos detalles con poco se pueden solucionar.

Por lo demas todo perfecto y recomendable

Das Zimmer lag an einer sehr lauten Straße (Disco bis morgens 2.30 Uhr). Dadurch war das Schlafen nur mit Ohrstöpsel möglich.

Ma chambre se trouvant tout à côté de la réception, elle était, de ce fait, bruyante, en particulier lors des arrivées tardives et des départs précoces des clients. Par ailleurs, la télévision marchait très mal.

En dehors de cela, j'ai été contente de cet hôtel, très bien situé.

C'est idéalement placé, à proximité de la gare de Rome, central à souhait , prix très correct .

Consiglio la struttura che ho scelto per il mio breve ma molto soddisfacente soggiorno per la posizione in cui si trova e per la tranquillità, la pulizia e il servizio offerto nonostante il periodo di alta stagione mentre alcune strutture in questi periodi trascurano il loro cliente.

Staff is very kind / very close to Termini station / cheap / breakfast is not good

Le personnel est très serviable, je recommande cet hôtel.

The staff of the hotel were simply incredible and so helpful (at least, if you speak Italian, but I'm sure they'd be otherwise as well). My sister stayed in a neighbouring hotel and, when we met up after checking-in, my hands were full of information on bus and subway routes, the top places to see in Rome, and a discount tourist package for exploring the city called the Roma Pass -- while she had received nothing from her hotel!!! Also, it is located literally steps away from the train station, which offers bus and subway connections to all of Rome, so that made getting around the city a breeze. While the rooms aren't luxurious, they're simple and clean. If you value location, inexpensive costs and a reliable hotel staff, please DO NOT overlook this hotel - I will certainly return the next time I'm in Rome!

Mi spiace dirlo, era tutto perfetto ma davvero la colazione (in una terrazza carina) è del tutto insoddisfacente: non per la quantità, perché c'è abbastanza scelta - anche se solo tra cibi dolci (infatti, sentivo parlare gli ospiti stranieri che avrebbero gradito anche cibi salati) - ma per la qualità: pazienza per i prodotti confezionati, che non sono proprio di gran livello, ma soprattutto il caffè è orribile e le bevande - TUTTE in polverina - sono imbevibili!!!!!!

In fondo, basterebbero una normale moka, latte vero e due succhi di frutta del discount... e un po' di frutta fresca!
